Talman is looking for a bright, professional Junior Support and Administration assistant to enhance their corporate image.
Due to growth in the company we need someone to look after all our initial client contact.
Job description
The initial duties include: - Answer all incoming phone calls - Log all first level Support contact (phone calls, emails, web requests) - Meet and greet all visitors at the front door - Prepare tea and coffee for clients - Organise all couriers - Organise travel arrangements for staff - Organise Training courses - Organise Support Team installation visits to clients sites - Prepare presentations and documents - Ensure all meeting rooms are organised and tidy - Other general admin tasks such as photocopying & printing training materials, maintaining stationery supplies etc - (Optional) Organising temp staff when required
It is envisaged that the right candidate will grow this role into a Senior Support role, taking on client installation and support issues, organising client projects and performing pre-sales activities.

Personal traits
The role requires a person with the following personal traits: - Must be courteous and professional - Must have an excellent phone manner - Must present well (well groomed) - Organised and efficient (able to multi-task) - Motivated about their personal development - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Ideally have completed a Business course at TAFE or better

Up to $40K package
