There could be several reasons for this, but the most common cause and what you should be checking first is that you have the correct IP address on your user table.

To do this, check the following user table entry:

Table name:   Program name e.g. WPCRPRT, WPGBAPRT etc

Table code:   SERVER

Check that text 1 is your correct IP addresss.

If not, change to the correct IP address and run again.  You''ll most likely now find your Emails are sending correctly.  If not, or the IP address is correct, then there is some other cause for your Emails not being sent correctly.  Please contact Talman and we will investigate the issue for you.
