The aim of the Support Packs is to allow customers to simply and easily budget for their annual IT technical services expenses, and benefit from a reduced hourly rate.

The advantages are: 1. Reduced rate 2. Single bill 3. No unexpected invoices 4. Quarterly email updates on usage and remaining time 5. Option to buy additional hours at reduced rate when remaining hours are less than 5
Notes regarding Talman Technical Support Packs 1. Pre-purchased hours must be used within 12 months of purchase 2. Technical Support includes on site visits, travel time and telephone calls. 3. Travel time is charged at half rates (eg 1 hour of travel time is counted as only half an hour of support time). 4. Parking costs are not included. These are invoiced separately. 5. Unless otherwise agreed all support calls are logged as a minimum of 15 minutes.
